There's some talk about how most of the Russian attacks are targetting bio-labs, there's an interesting post on communities showing how Ukraine have had several funded by the US over the years. I've read that 7 out of 11 sites have been destroyed, collaborated by the "official" fact that there's been fighting in the area.

At the moment I think it's too much fog of war and propaganda to assume anything. But it's curious how this happens in Bidens Ukraine just as the COVID narrative seems to be shifting.
