Carnivore can do magic things. Especially if super overweight. You being super religious would probably do good on it. It’s a lot like fasting.

I’ve been learning about seed oils as well. HOLY CRAP that stuff is toxic. I have a lot of things to weed out of my life. Thank you for the encouragement.
