Turdeau forced MPs to a whip vote by saying he will hold an election if they don't pass it. Surprise surprise on 21st the House passed it. I watched it live.
In the Senate yesterday and today there was a lot of bickering and they were not gonna do what little Castro wanted. So just an hour ago, little shithead has revoked the Emergency.
I hope all this FORCES Canadians to pick a side, instead of sitting on their asses and letting commies destroy their country and show other wannabe fascists that its possible to break peoples' will.

What happens how that the Emergencies Act was not ratified? Does it mean a whole lot of lawsuits againsts the banks?

I just told you. Before the Senate could vote, Trudeau came out a couple hours ago and said "Emergency over !"
As for what happens to those unfairly targeted ? Lol if I know. The Canadian Reich is an absolute jungle as you can see. No rule of law in that garbage heap.
