You don’t have to imagine. Just ask a question: why would a court release someone with an immigration detainer on them?

Absolutely wild worldview where you think that the courts actively want to encourage pedophilia. There’s absolutely zero evidence for that, but don’t let reality get in the way of you being furious about everything all the time.

The courts decision was that molesting children was less of a threat to society than deporting an illegal is.
