A little by little I start to exchange them in person for bigger or smaller banknotes. Eg. i have $100 banknotes and go to ask some random cashier to give me 2 $50 banknotes.
Soros probably already has 10 clones and 10 more hearts that he can change with.
As far as those money go, noone would look for these serial numbers. Except feds and banks it would be easy to buy stuff from stores
