Comment on ‘Strange Planet’ Review: Apple TV+’s Cute New Cartoon Series Is Best Consumed in Small Doses
loobkoob@kbin.social 1 year agoWait, so what have they done? I love the comics but I've not watched anything of the TV show yet. But the whole appeal of the comics is examining mundane, everyday human things from an alien perspective; I don't understand how they could try to adapt the comics and not do that.

I haven’t seen it, but apparently it all takes place on the planet where they live or something. So yeah they experience stuff and comment in the same way, but it’s maybe not quite the same.
