PC Port always come late because Japanese studios can’t be bothered to support m&k and pc features. Even a year of porting will result in shitty ports that will need months of porting.
Other than that one can buy exclusivity, which Sony did.

Maybe releasing exclusively on the Playstation but not pc or Xbox wasn’t the brilliant idea they thought it was 🤔
