WordPress powers over 40% of the web, so that’s a very large number of sites/blogs that have RSS. WordPress has sites per category/tag too, so you can subscribe just to a subset of posts. For example, I’m subscribed to TheFlightDeal.com but just for flights from San Francisco (www.theflightdeal.com/category/…/feed/).
