So what happens to both projects that buy into foss to commercial? Are they 2 single licenses then?

Yoy hace separate licences for commercial and non commercial use.

I get the different licenses apache Gnu, copy left, copy right. I’m just not intricately familiar with them. Is there one that exists that could do both?
