I have this weird feeling that this image wasn’t from today at 7 pm. And possibly that it’s a resized copy of a resized copy of a screencap of a resized copy of a screencap of a resized copy of a resized copy of a screencap. And someone might have taken a picture of their monitor with their phone and resized that somewhere in there.
