Having followed the situation in Chicago for a while now I will give my opinion on what is going on. From what I understand African-American residents in Chicago that vote mostly Democrat are upset with the Democratic Party because illegal migrants are free housing and Essentially visa money cards or something like that with thousands of dollars on them per month. If I am correct, they actually get more than what people on Social Security get. Local leaders in the black community have promised to protest The DNC and many are even switching parties. Also, on a sidenote, studies are showing that black males that once were registered Democrats are switching to Republican in notable numbers
