TinyDonkey4@reddthat.com 11 months agoI agree with this, with a caveat. I’m ok with being underpaid compared to industry standard, to a certain extent. However, I’m not ok with being underpaid compared to other colleagues doing similar work for the same employer.

Totally agreed , in my previous company I had a very good supportive team , remote work and everything , but I was vastly underpaid !
