I can make a short video if you like. The only thing that really bothers me is the awkward placement of the touchpad, and the mouse buttons are the "trigger/shoulder" keys of the gamepad, so I recommend packing a small mouse
If you are sitting at a table, say a cafe, touch typing is no problem. In a bus, if you have to type on your lap, I make more mistakes, but I can still type.
The keyboard layout is ok for its size, some coding related keys like ; ( ) [ ] _ can be tricky to find
Nothing compares to a full size desktop keyboard, but this one is good enough, considering the size.

Regarding Steam deck. That thing is huge. It will never fit in any pocket, and its awkward to work on a train or bus. I checked its Chinese rivals Aya Neo and GPD Win 3........
Yeah, that was a no for me. Dimensions are too awkward, even thought the hardware is good

It will only fit barely into the largest coat pockets. I wish it was slimmer by removing the trackpad + gamepad, but keeping the same length keyboard. I will take a photo and post it
