I have a friend who works at the metro warehouse. This guys is working himself to death, gets 2 hours of sleep a night, tells me he feels like a slave. When he mentioned the workers are going on strike, I commented on how that’s a great thing, only to be met with disapproval. He’s anti-union and says that they’re greedy and always want more. I was taken aback how someone like him, who’s working himself to death with a boot constantly on his throat, would be so against the very measures that could improve his working conditions.
