I don’t see Simkl mentioned anywhere yet - that’s what I use, and I’ve been very happy with it so far. It’s pretty similar to Trakt, but a bit more user-friendly (imo) and with more active development. Also has a Jellyfin plugin. It has a handful of issues and missing features (particularly the lack of custom lists), but pretty much every change I want is coming soon in a big overhaul.
