Windows Update - Iot is supported till 2032 and Non-Iot is supported till 2027. Conclusion, Iot LTSC is better.

I went ahead and checked and yes the IoT service date for LTSC Enterprise 2021 is further out by about 5 years, but it’s a but of a stretch to say that makes it “better” given the added unnecessary vulnerabilities.
