Cis men would have to be forced, you’d have force basically anyone who isn’t transfem or enby. If the person in question is transfem or enby, they would probably be less violent simply because dysphoria sucks and tends to destabilize your mental health. I don’t think it would directly make anyone less aggressive or anything in the way neutering a pet can.
