Comment on In this House, We Forget.
Z745812939054@lemmy.zip 12 hours agoi’m not telling you what to do. i’m telling you i’m not throwing my vote away on some nobody who has absolutely no chance of winning, primary or not.
i said it before and i’ll say it until i’m dead: everyone’s priority should have been to keep trump out of the white house. and here we are again. we not only have genocide in gaza, but also in america. and it’s going to get worse before it gets better. if it ever gets any better. it’s going to take generations to fix the fucking damage he’s done
so, not to be rude, but you can take your “vote your conscience” and shove it up your righteous ass. GTFO, seriously. people are getting murdered by ICE because they’re brown (or not even), among countless other catastrophic problems everyone is dealing with entirely because of trump, and if you want to sit there and say it would be the same or worse under harris, then you’re not supporting your point, you’re making yourself look dumb

People can keep their demands to their representatives. Politicians who do not listen to those demands deserve to lose. Why do voters always have to make the compromise? Do not blame the voter for not voting for you. Blame your politicians for not listening. Anti-genocide, Anti-war, Anti-Imperialism shouldn’t be a controversial stance.
