None of these were genocides or colonies under the USSR. You do not know what these words mean.

You have a cartoonish understanding of how the USSR worked. The 1930s famine, as I already stated, was a result of poor weather conditions combined with underdeveloped, still-feudal agricultural practices. Katyn was neither settler-colonialism nor genocide, but was most likely committed by the Nazis given that the ammo was German, the execution method Nazi, and manufacturing dates of the ammo happened at a time when the Soviets could not have accessed them.
