That would be annoying. We’d lose access to Microsoft and Apple products. Some businesses would lose a lot of their customer-bases (if applied to the whole country).
That said, I doubt he has the balls to do it at that scale. If he did, I don’t think it would last long.

Any country that treats the US as anything other than a liability or worse is not going to have a good time.
The doctrine used to be “speak softly and carry a big stick”. In a very short period of time it transitioned into “rock out with your cock out”.
