Young men showed one of the sharpest rightward swings of any age cohort in 2024.
After backing Joe Biden by double digits in 2020, voters aged 18–29 saw a massive gender divergence:
The Margin Swing: Men under 30 swung toward Donald Trump by roughly 15 to 20 percentage points compared to 2020, with several exit polls showing Trump either tying or outright winning the demographic.
The Widening Gender Gap: While young women continued to favor Kamala Harris by wide margins (roughly 18–20 points), young men broke heavily in the other direction, creating the largest ideological gender gap ever recorded among young voters.
Racial Diversity Among Young Men: The shift was especially pronounced among non-white younger men. Young Latino men split evenly or favored Trump, and young Black men shifted significantly rightward compared to 2020 exit numbers.
Key Drivers: Post-election analyses cited sharp dissatisfaction with the cost of living and inflation, a rejection of mainstream Democratic cultural messaging, and Trump’s aggressive outreach through alternative media (podcasts, streaming platforms, and the “manosphere”).

If by young white males you meant 45-64 white people of both genders then you spelled it weird.
