40+ are Millennials. Millennials are defined as 30 to 45. Gen x are 46 to 60 and Boomers are 61+.
Millennials grew up with Bush II and saw their country change after 9/11. Younger groups don’t understand what not living in a surveillance sate is even like. It’s their normal.
