I had to book it in the morning as I need to use the autism centre so I can have some privacy and all they could offer was 9am, so I’m sure I’m going to have no sleep tonight. I am not a morning person.

On the plus side - on this specific occasion, if you’re underslept and therefore more confused, stressed and easily distracted etc, it will at least work in your favour for the assessment.

Thank you. Well I just got a message saying the doctor can’t make it. Typical. I should have seen this coming 😪 Sometimes it feels like the universe is telling me something.
