My girl and I both do chores but I also run a small farm as a hobby lol. Its a 28 day rotational schedule so in the 28 I have 14 off, 7 of those 14 are in a row. Major things that need doing happen during my week off every month. My commute is 45 minutes, my days on are mostly just work, farm chores, house chores and sleep. The 5-5 also swaps between AM and PM throughout the 28. Getting 8 hours is about discipline more than anything.

Do you work from home and have someone else do your chores? Otherwise days on must be brutal— only 1 hour of free time a day I would guess.
