    If they had any ability to control piracy sites, wouldn’t they just shut them down?

      As I said, a bill to ban VPNs from accessing piracy sites. Not forcing piracy sites to do anything, forcing providers to block access.

        That doesn’t make sense. VPN providers are even further outside their jurisdiction.
