  I only leave them in the car and bag everything at my trunk. this way I know they are there and I don’t have to walk around with some dogshit company’s branding lies on their cheap af cloth bags designed to rip when you put 4 lbs of food in it.

    problem is I do half my shopping by bike (so I try to leave the bags in my basket) and 80% without a cart (so I still need to transport things from cash to my car)

    usually when I forgot to bring bags in I can just do an awkward armful back to the car
