Comment on Why are lemmings so touchy about downvotes?

  I only use the report button for obvious spam, and for some rulebreaking posts where the community has clear rules about what can be submitted, like communities that require links (no selfposts).

  But most communities don’t necessarily have mods online the same time I am, so if someone is obviously spamming I I block them, too.
