Are people facing “discrimination” for being older or are they just worse with computers and phones and far more entitled?
I mean younger generations are more educated and willing to accept less pay. I think that explains the difference well enough with discrimination.

Seems like rage bait to me. But I will say I’m a senior software engineer. Many people in my age group whom I know have been using computers since high school.
Less pay rings true - doesn’t mean that they can do it as well.

I’m just speaking in generalities. Sounds like you’re an exception to the rule on tech literacy and sounds like you’re employed too. So it seems like your data point fits my narrative🤷
