It’s a wall of text that lists too many requirements to keep track of at once.
Are you looking for hard souls-like games on PC? There’s a lot of good ones out there, but if you find them easy, it might be worth doing a challenge run (no damage, not allowed items or certain mechanics, etc). For example, I had a friend do a no-damage Sekiro run at max difficulty.

With respect, yes, you should phrase your question differently if you want a response.
I read your post fully. At first because I was hoping to help. But in almost no time, I was reading simply because your writing is an interesting puzzle to try to solve.
You’ve packed several separate clauses (requirements, criteria, extra side requests) in almost every sentence. You’ve phrased many of your sentences in ways that make them sound like demands. Your writing style indicates to me that you did not spend much/any time considering what your readers might be expecting or thinking while reading.
And, as someone else has already pointed out, this style of writing truly seems like you think you’re writing for an AI audience. I can only speak for myself, but that really makes me uncomfortable. I won’t be offering any real suggestions about games because I feel uncomfortable. But I do want to offer this bit of assistance, just because you asked.
