hdsrob@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoThey just forgot the part where the people that need roommates don’t have money to buy a robot, or pay the subscription for the robot, or the “don’t kill me in my sleep” premium upgrade for said robot subscription.

Well you see, if we increase costs to a point where you need to work 100+ hours a week just to survive then you’ll have to buy the robot just to do it.
