I am very willing to be proven wrong about that. All you need to do is point out what specific parts of NG911 you think will help, and this conversation will end and I’ll admit I was wrong and you were right and you’re not doing that. Instead you’re just being a miserable asshole while I’m trying to have a conversation with you and understand what you’re trying to say.

So excuse me for matching your energy. I kind of relish the opportunity to be honest, I spend 12 hours a day at work talking to assholes like you who won’t listen to me when I’m trying to tell them how to not fucking die, and needing to be polite and professional to them. I like my job, I like talking about it so that people understand how it works and how to access the help they need. I can only assume that you hate what you do and that’s why you’re acting this way.
