  I think because the content is not self-recorded, but taken from chats, bugtrackers or just from the existing storage of the hacked person.

  That person will have tested a specific feature, recorded it to show to team members, recorded to show reproducibility of a certain bug or whatever, not just plainly played the game for their own enjoyment
