The best cheesesteaks I’ve had were on the east coast, not west coast. I’ve also had shitty versions of food everywhere by places that have no idea what they’re doing, you can’t just use some garbage a specific place offers and define regional food quality. For you next fun experiment try ordering a Cuban sandwich essentially anywhere outside of FL and you’re likely to get some embarrassing mutated ham sandwich bullshit.
