Comment on Why does China have so many multi billionaires if they are aiming to be a communist country?
KatakiY@lemmy.world 1 month agoNot a chin defender typically but why is what China is doing in africa black mail? Especially in comparison to traditional banking loans used to leverage natural resources away from africa?

A better term is usury. Or simply exploitative loans. And the ideal is that NO ONE should be exploiting the resources of other countries. Not the US. Not China.
