You can still buy ET on Steam. I remember playing it a while ago. There wasn’t as much activity as twenty years ago, but it was still fun. The graphics are dated, but the gameplay is unbeatable.

no need tu buy it, you can download it from splashdamage themselfs. splashdamage.com/…/wolfenstein-enemy-territory/
and with etlegacy exists a modern client.
