What is it gonna be the next time? Idk, I can’t remember when I last bought an ‘AAA’ game. If gamers want to be that outraged, vote with their wallets. All these complaints and yet they end up buying the game anyway…
I agree here, this continues to be self inflicted by lifetime players, but is also natural failing of legislation to get involved. After the ESRB in the US formed (since that’s my experience) it seems the government simply handwaved any need to get involved ever even as games came online and marketplaces got added.
