  It;s on top of the rack / what rack / the eight foot black cabinet you keep all the equipment you use EVERY DAY in / we don’t have one of those do you mean the server? / the lights are off / can you check the plug / its unplugged / can you plug it in?/ where? / nvm I’m sending a tech
