hirihit640@sh.itjust.works 1 day agoI’m sure you’re joking but I do recommend reading Tragedy of the Commons, it’s just a few pages long. Amongst other things, it talks about how regulations need to be applied everywhere for them to be effective.

That’s all nice in a socioeconomic, or even philosophical, debate, but <gestures broadly at everything> nobody cares. We are like a locust-plague and we will end like one.
