Can someone explain?
The sub c/196 (and similarly, r/196) has a rule that you have to post before leaving the sub. OP didn’t post on c/196, instead, posted here.
You forgot to mention c/196 and c/196. Both are somewhat smaller than c/196 but are essentially the same comms.
But those should not be confused with c/1960s
There is also c/onehundredninetysix
That’s simply another name for c/196.
