Turns out I was being prescribed way too much testosterone, keeping my estrogen levels in check was fun. Now I no longer need to take anastrazole and that’s a load off,

Sorry to hear about that. When did you find that one out?
I don’t have anything that severe, just a messed up hormonal system possibly due to rotating shift work as that was the only thing i couldn’t fix after going through all the common and later doctors recommendations to boost testosterone levels. Eventually it was to either quit my job and hope that that was it or just start replacement therapy, though similarly the dosages in the beginning were too high causing mood swings and sensitive nipples at which point i did bloodwork and pretty much halved the dosage which solved mood swings, no sensitive nipples anymore and bloodwork showed estrogen levels to be within normal range.

Found out at 38. Was tired all the time, went to see doctor, did bloodwork and my testosterone barely registered on the test. Was sent for genetic testing and found out I’m chromosomally mosaic. So I have both Kleinfelter and Jacob’s syndromes. Both conditions make you very tall, I’m 6’ 7". Jacob’s is rarely diagnosed, about 1 in 1000 males and less has been studied about it. Being tall, having ADHD/Autism (which I’m currently waiting to see a psychologist about) and asthma.
