Gay German politician, Spahn, recently resigned after announcing that he and his husband had a baby via a surrogate mother from the USA.

Why? Just a few years ago he supported legislation that made surrogate motherhood illegal in Germany. (Technically, using a surrogate mother from another country wasn’t illegal, but the whole point of the law was his party of Christian values said it was immoral.)

Not really sure what he thought would happen.

    Because she is an opportunist doing anything for money (from Russia and the US) and power.
    If shit actually hits the fan over here she can just piss off to Switzerland, where she is living with her wife and their adopted kids. Although it would be poetic justice if she tries to piss off too late and actually get Röhmd.
