I like Valkyrie Profile Lenneth. It’s a turn-based RPG with a fighting game combat system. I enjoyed playing through the multiple paths of the narrative.

It’s an enhanced port of a PS2 game. Vanillaware made a few weird games like that, they were really well animated too.
