Okay, so most working people wouldn’t be able to afford that, especially in *waves hand* pretty much the entirety of Oklahoma. Maybe a few millionaires will send their kids there, and they can support those useless adults through adulthood, and leave them their estate when they die.

Doesn’t seem like a very good long-term strategy, though.
