That was once in 2006. Taco Bell has been pretty strict about internal auditing for health concerns for ages and was the first who gets their lettuce from their supplier whom a lot of other restaurants use and haven’t done anything yet. I used to work at one back close to the 2006 outbreak, and since then we’ve seen more McDonald’s outbreaks and I’m not surprised at all.
