They use sub-standard ingredients in the least responsible way possible, and have been the subject of multiple food banks and recalls going back to the 80’s, when I’m pretty sure they called out for using lower grade (by USDA standards) meat.

Then at some point they got caught for using Horse Meat in their food, and I think that sort of clenches the it.
