It literally just throw things in my garden, and other than an occasional watering that’s all I do, everything grows huge. There must be something in the soil.

Ohio?
I visited a distant relative in Ohio once and his large backyard garden soil was the richest most luscious soil I have ever seen. Like something out of a movie or a fairy tale. He told me the soil there was like that going down 30 feet.
