During the price review period (back in 2024 and due again in 2029) WaSC publish their business plans. Along with this the companies performance is reviewed for the last period. WaSC will recieve the go ahead to raise bills to cover the improvements / investments they’ve made. OFWAT then accepts the business plans or rejects those who aren’t meeting the targets.
