You will I’m sure appreciate the subtle, but nonetheless important difference between advocating for women’s rights, and calling Islam “a feral 7th century death cult”
Turns out, countries where religious extremists are stuck in the past and were allowed political power tend to legitimate killing by the state (also looking at you here, USA). They’re also perfectly fine with women dying for that, so I don’t think this statement is wrong when applied to extremists of any related religion.

When Christian fundamentalists dictate weird rules for what women should wear, let’s condemn them.
When Muslim fundies do the same, (going much further in fact) let’s accuse the poster of hate 🙃
