The dev that built Ruby on Rails got turned down for a job where the requirement was using Ruby. On Rails for coding due to his lack of experience using it. LOL.

Yep, as with this one, they wanted someone with a chronilogically impossible amount of experience.
Like, they want someone to have been in presumably a bootstrap paradox time loop for 3 or 4 of those 10 years.
