I thought Duke Nukem 3d’s washington DC expansion had the reflecting pool and monument, but I can’t can’t find a screenshot if it did.
Fallout 3’s reflecting pool arguably looks better than the current real one

eh I just see, that I took the picture from the opposite site with Lincoln in the front and not the Long Stick. Oh well
